
Graduated with high honors from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ in 1998. Dr. Campoli attended the State University of New York at Buffalo Medical School where he completed a combined MD/PhD program, graduating with honors in 2006. His doctoral research focused on cutaneous tumor immunology and was conducted at Roswell Park Cancer Institute in Buffalo, NY.
Dr. Campoli completed his dermatology residency at the University of Colorado – Denver in 2010.
Dr. Campoli has trained under the direction of Drs. John Zitelli and David Brodland in a Mohs Surgery, Cutaneous Oncology, and Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery fellowship. The training is officially approved by the American College of Mohs Surgery and the AMA’s Accreditation Council of Graduate Medical Education.
Dr. Campoli has authored several articles and book chapters on skin cancer, tumor immunology and immunotherapy of cancer. He is also an accomplished musician and has composed and produced music independently. He is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery, the American Association of Immunology and the American Association of Cancer Research.
