no one wants to do this..but! for crappy situation - there could not have been a better solution. Compassionate, informed, professional, focused and a well oiled machine. From arrival/prep to departure, to follow up, this was the "A" team. Beth pre-op was outstanding removing the unknown and calming things down.. to Dr Broland, who shocks you with detail and a calm confident pace (Drs are usually "on the run".. Not Dr. B)..to post (forget my p.o. nurse.. but same.. calm, measured.. prof). Look, when you get the news.. it stinks.. the ZBL experience is the counterweight to the bad news - They are the good news you hope for. Thanks Team!

Had Mohs surgery this morning. One of the best medical experiences I’ve ever had. Dr. Lim was very personable and friendly. He and his PA made sure I understood the procedure, checked multiple times to see if I had questions and to see if I was OK during the procedure. They even asked me what kind of music I’d like to hear during the procedure (which is a nice way to keep your mind distracted during the procedure). They tested the tissue on site and stitched me up right after. No waiting for results. Even the waiting room was pleasant and it had snacks and coffee for patients while they wait for results. At 8:00PM the same day Dr. Lim himself (not an assistant) actually called me to check to see how I was doing. Nice touch. Super professional. Would certainly recommend this group to anyone!

Nicest women in the front office. Pleasant & helpful. Dr Zitelli is the best mohs surgeon in the business. He was recommended to me by another surgeon. Dr Zitelli teaches residents in training, which indicates how qualified he is as a surgeon.

Your "two blondes" as I call them, no doubt, too superficially, were outstanding in their performances. The lesions were cleared completely without the infliction of any discomfort for me. They spoke clearly and kept me fully informed. I was most impressed positively.
